We often don't get appropriate information about our genitals, sexuality and orgasm. Without the necessary information, it is difficult to develop healthy relationships with ourselves and/or our sexual partner/s.

On the following pages I have collected information I believe we, as vulva owners, should have as sexually active human beings (in fact, I think it should be available before becoming active, and I hope that one day that will be the case). Don't hesitate to contact me on jess@iscarosa.com in case any questions arise.

To find ways to get practical, visit the section FEEL. The practical work is for women* only, but I do offer talks open to everyone, as well as sex counseling for individuals and couples. You can find all those offerings, as well as any upcoming events in the sections TALK or FEEL.

The Urethral Sponge

We have all heard of the mysterious G-Spot, which in actual fact has very little to do with a spot and can be found quite easily, if you know what you are looking for.

Female Orgasm and Masturbation

There is much to know about female orgasms and masturbation, though the best way to learn more about it is by touching yourself.

Seeing beauty in our genitals and working on visibility is an essential step in freeing ourselves from sexual and gender roles, stereotypes, expectation, trauma, and shame. Making the incredible genital diversity visible brings us one step closer to freedom.
