The Pelvic Floor Muscle

The pelvic floor muscle is like a sling that is connected to many muscles in our pelvis, including all the tiny muscles circling the clitoris, the vaginal opening and the anus, and it is vital to your orgasm. Squeezing and releasing our pelvic floor muscle brings blood into our sex organ and helps with arousal. As women we have most probably heard about how important it is to have a strong pc muscle, though it is hardly ever related to talk about satisfying sexual experiences. Knowing where this muscle is and how to work it, helps us to gain control over many situations, not only in a sexual context. What is even better though, is that through gaining control, you will eventually arrive at a point of letting go entirely.

To engage your pc muscle, you can simply insert your finger into your vagina and squeeze – what you can feel there is your muscle working. Squeezing and releasing your pc-muscle together with vaginal penetration and clitoral stimulation basically sums up the Bodysex orgasm technique and will lead you to multiple orgasms.
