Access and Use of the Service

Any service or content viewed as part of that service, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your purchase I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the content and view your course(s) through the service on a streaming-only basis for that purpose. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

You may be required to register in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy.

You may never use another's account, and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. You should maintain control over all of the devices that are used to access the Service. If you fail to maintain control of a device, other users may access the Service through your account and may be able to access certain of your account information. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright in all content and communication belongs to isca.rosa. By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of iscarosa.com Online Courses cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way.

Terms of Use

Any breach of these terms may result in a criminal offense being committed.

ISCAROSA may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.

All materials, which include copy, content, images, layout, graphics, design and appearance belong to the owner of this page. Its service enables people to participate in a community, online courses, events, and subscriptions dedicated to an interest and passion for free or for a fee.

You will set up an account when registering for a virtual course. I treat registration information according to the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Privacy practices are set forth in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

Bookings

Booking can be made online on my website www.iscarosa.com. isca.rosa states that by paying for a booking you have read the terms and conditions. You are also responsible for the accuracy of your personal details.

Unless there has been a different agreement, you must make full payment at the time of booking. Once your booking has been accepted you will receive an invoice within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Once that invoice has been generated a contract exists between you and iscarosa.com and all terms and conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy

You have the legal right to cancel the contract between you and Enjoy Online Courses during the period of 14 days from date of the issue of the confirmation invoice, which is when the contract starts. This is known as the “cooling off period”. If you decide to cancel the course within this cooling off period then you must inform us within the 14 days of the confirmation invoice. Once we receive your written cancellation, in form of an email, I will refund your course fees within 30 days.

Once you have completed the cooling off period of 14 days you will be under the full cancellation conditions of courses which are 100% non-refundable.

If you login to the Course you will be deemed to have started the course and will no longer be able to get a full refund, even if it within the 14-day period.
